The Weekly and Monthly training plans are subscription-based and can be canceled at any time. Access to course materials continues through the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
The Full Certification Program is billed separately and includes services performed on your behalf (such as application submission support) that may not be refundable once initiated. Contact us before enrolling if you have questions about this.
BrightCue is an independent training preparation provider. Meeting your certifying board's full requirements — including supervised Competency Assessment, background check, and passing score on the certification exam — is ultimately your responsibility as the applicant.
Course materials are for the individual enrolled student's use. Sharing login credentials or course content outside your organization's licensed seats is not permitted under the Organization RBT Training Platform.
